2. To make politically charged comments  or comments that discriminate against religion, gender, ethnicity, or class.
3. To propagate immoral content or content that is offensive or illegal under International law.

5. To interfere with the legal use of another customer’s Account on the Website.
6. To engage in any illegal activities related to the use of the internet, public telecommunications networks, and/or intellectual property rights of third parties, or any other illegal actions.
7. To create fake or misleading information, intentionally confuse yourself with other customers, or impersonate the Website’s administration.
8. To disrupt the internet connection or other related websites connecting to the Website.
9. To perform any actions prohibited by International law.

If any of the above actions are detected, we reserve the right to immediately block or cancel your Account and apply other necessary measures in accordance with Vietnamese law.

Customers using electronic information pages connected to our Website (if applicable) on social networks (such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.) must comply with our terms and conditions on those electronic information pages, social networks, and International law.

PRICES, ORDER CANCELLATION

We are committed to displaying only real images of Products and making every effort to provide genuine Goods/Products to all customers with reasonable quality and prices.

At the time of completing the order, you will be notified on your computer screen about all costs you must pay (including the selling price of the product, VAT, packaging and delivery fees, and/or other fees, if any).

On the Website, the gray price indicates the recommended retail price by the supplier/distributor. The red price indicates the selling price of the Product on the Website.

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the price display on the Website. However, the value of your Order will be confirmed as part of the Order acceptance procedure. If the order value changes before we accept your Order, we will contact you to confirm if you still wish to proceed with the purchase at the new price.

In cases where it is truly necessary (such as force majeure, product unavailability for any reason, or compliance with legal regulations), we reserve the right to refuse your Order.

PAYMENT

We support flexible and secure payment methods for all customers shopping on the Website as follows:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD):

   After you inspect and receive the Goods of your Order, you will pay for the purchased items in cash. We only accept cash payments upon delivery for Orders with a total value of less than one thousand (1000) dollar. Orders valued at one thousand (1000) dollar or more must be paid by bank card.

2. Bank Transfer:

   During the ordering process, you choose the bank transfer payment method in the Payment Method section.

   The condition for choosing the bank transfer payment method is that your ATM card must be registered for internet banking use.
